Originally MTV wanted three one minute commercials. They would focus on more personal aspects of a rock festival and have a punchline that would link to Monsters Versus Aliens. Somehow three commercials became one and we were left using some of the old ideas to form a new one minute commercial.
I worked as a modeler. MTV wanted a low budget, B movie feel, so we used miniatures. I was responsible for assembling and crafting the miniatures and props. The rest of the credit belongs to DADDY.
